| BACKGROUND |
|
As a successful property manager and investor for the last 10 years, I decided to explore more in the Real Estate arena due to my personal passion for Real Estate and Real Estate Investment. Originally a Miami native, I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Master's Degree from Carlos Albizu University formally knows as the Miami Institute of Psychology. While living in Florida for the last 30 years, I have had the opportunity to experience the vast amount of opportunities availabe to investors and home buyers of all ranges. I have seen the housing market explode, businesses bloom and commercial expansion which has made this State and its cities absolutely fabulous.
Florida and its cities are still drastically changing. Some are large cities already (Miami, Fort. Lauderdale, Orlando), and others are blossoming (New Smyrna, Daytona, Port St. Lucie) and soon will be competing with the likes of larger cities. Let me help you put your mark on this magnificent state still full of amazing opportunities and beautiful places to live.
